RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with the item you received, or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price. The return shipping cost, however, will be at your expense.
DEFECTS: If the item you received is incomplete or incorrect, please let us know and we will send you the missing or defective components again.
EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your requests using the contact form.
LOST SHIPMENTS: If you have not received your order, please send us a message by replying to the order confirmation email, or by filling out the contact form. We will do our best to track the shipment and ensure it reaches its destination. If the package is confirmed lost, you will receive a refund.
