Important Notice: EU Shipping Suspension (EPR/PPWR Compliance)
Shipping Restrictions in EU countries
The European Union has introduced strict new environmental measures for packaging management, notably the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
Due to complex procedures and unsustainable local fees introduced by these recent EU packaging regulations, shipping to the EU countries is temporarily suspended.
“We can’t ship to your country”
If you saw this message at checkout, it means your country currently falls under this EU-wide suspension. This is not an issue with your address — it’s a direct consequence of the new EPR/PPWR compliance requirements, which currently make shipping to these destinations impractical for a small business like mine.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
I am doing everything I can to reactivate shipping to all destinations as soon as possible. Apparently, the EU is going to review these rules to simplify cross-border shipping for small businesses, so this list may change — I’ll update this page as soon as anything improves.

- 100% Tracked Delivery: Every single package is shipped using reliable international couriers and includes detailed order tracking. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
- Choose Your Shipping Method: For many destinations, you will see multiple shipping options at checkout. You can easily select the solution that best fits your budget and delivery timeline.
- Locker Delivery Options: Depending on your country, you might also have the option to choose a local locker or pickup point for delivery, giving you the flexibility to collect your parcel whenever it suits you best.
- How Shipping Costs are Calculated: Because rates vary greatly depending on your location, shipping fees are calculated on the checkout page once you enter your full delivery address.
Checkout Tips: Avoid Shipping & Delivery Issues
To prevent any processing delays or delivery issues, please double-check your details during checkout:
- Valid Email & Phone Number: Please ensure you enter a correct email address and phone number. If these are incorrect, you won’t receive your order confirmation or crucial shipping notifications from the courier.
- Fixing Postal Code / “Invalid API Key” Errors: If you don’t see any shipping options, or see a message like “Please enter a correct ZIP code,” the system is having trouble locating your address. This is almost always due to the postal code format or an incomplete address field. Please make sure that the postal code is entered in the exact standard format for your country, including spacing where required. For example: entering D6W T851 (with the space) will work perfectly, while typing D6WT851 (without the space) will trigger an error.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
I always do my best to get your order packed and shipped within one week. However, please keep in mind:
- Large or Complex Orders: If you place a particularly big or customized order, it might take a little extra time to prepare.
- Customs Declarations (Non-EU Orders): Orders heading outside the European Union (EU) require detailed customs documentation. Preparing this paperwork is quite demanding and can sometimes add a few days to the handling time.

International Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware of international customs policies:
- Import Taxes: Depending on your country, you might be required to pay small import fees or customs duties upon delivery. Unfortunately, this is completely out of my hands. Please note that customs offices no longer accept packages marked as “Gift” to bypass these fees; everything must be declared accurately.
- Customs Delays: For some international destinations, delivery times might take a few extra days. This is almost always due to local customs processing times, which vary from country to country.
